We at Ned Eldridge General Contractor approach all jobs keeping the period of the home in mind. This is particularly important, and often required by historical guidelines, when restoring an older home to keep the historical integrity intact. Our fine craftsman have the ability and experience to duplicate mouldings of any kind (wood, plaster, etc.), replicate cabinetry, tile, floor patterns, wallpaper, paint, plumbing and door hardware and rebuild/repair antique plumbing and light fixtures. If you desire a historic restoration for your home, you can trust our team to guide you through the process from initial concept to completion.
Fletcher & I spent a lot of time enjoying the setting and ambiance created by your skilled expertise in construction, design and craftsmanship. James, Chris and all the other workmen involved in this project were exceptional.
We interviewed several companies, individuals and designers to do this project and found Ned, James and Jann to be the most professional. We started with some basic thoughts to which they listened, made suggestions and worked with us to come up with a final plan. Jann accompanied us to the various suppliers which was invaluable with her input and suggestions in selecting items. Henry, the on-site lead, was excellent in keeping the project on track, supervising and doing the basics to be ready for the additions/ upgrades. Bottom line, we were very pleased with every part of this project and would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them first for any future projects.
Fred and I feel fortunate that you and your excellent band of men were able to rescue our house from the drips, leaks, and rot it faced! Thank goodness excellence is your mission, and that mission is practiced by all who work with you. We have nothing but praise for the professional and friendly workmanship of James Critz, Henry Greene, Billy Byerly, David Boswell, James Van Leuvan, Scott Rickert, and the rest of the crew!
